What movement is inside?
Every AB watch runs on a genuine Japanese movement made by TMI (Time Module Inc.). Our divers and dress watches use self-winding automatics (NH35, or NH34 for the GMT), so they never need a battery. Our chronographs use the VK63 meca-quartz movement for a crisp, sweeping chronograph hand. Each listing shows the exact movement.
How long does shipping take?
We build, check and ship your watch within 1–3 days. Delivery then usually takes 7–10 business days, with tracking, and shipping is free.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every watch comes with a 12-month warranty.
Can I return my watch?
Yes. You can return your watch for any reason within 30 days of delivery. If you simply changed your mind, you cover the return shipping. If it arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we cover it. Just email us with your order number to start a return. Custom-configured watches are made to order, so they can't be returned for a change of mind.
Are you affiliated with any luxury brand?
No. Watches By AB is an independent brand. Our watches carry our own AB dial and are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any other watch brand.
