How long does shipping take?
Each watch is made, quality-checked and shipped within 1–3 business days of your order. Delivery then takes 7–10 business days, in the US and internationally.
Why isn't my tracking updating?
Tracking only updates when the package is scanned. Between hubs, or on an international flight, it can go quiet for several days. That's normal, and it will update at the next scan.
Can I change my shipping address?
If your watch hasn't shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we'll update it. Once it has shipped we can't change the address, but we'll help however we can.
