Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. Average shipping time is about 7 to 10 working days. Your tracking number will be updated 1-2 days after your order has been shipped.

Delivery Time

All items may take 1 to 3 business days to process. Once the watch has been made and the order has been processed shipping will take 5-10 business days. Due to factors that often affect international shipments, such as holidays, customs, and weather delays, we can only offer an estimate of shipping times and these estimates are not exact.

Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product has shipped or entered production. To cancel or make changes, email us at customwatchesbyab@gmail.com as long as the order hasn't shipped.

30-Day Returns
You can return your watch for any reason within 30 days of the delivery date. To start a return, email customwatchesbyab@gmail.com with your order number (and photos if something is wrong with it).

• Change of mind: you pay the return shipping.
• Faulty, damaged or wrong item: we pay the return shipping, or we can arrange a resend.

Refunds
Refunds are processed on returns that are unused, unworn and in the original packaging. We aim to inspect returns within 3 business days, and approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 1–10 business days.

As each watch is hand-assembled, minor natural variation in finishing, dial alignment or lume tone is not considered a defect. Gift cards are non-returnable. Custom builds (configurator builds, custom logos, dial text and engraving) can't be returned for a change of mind, but faulty, damaged or wrong custom builds are still covered.

Do I need to wind it or change a battery?
For all watches except VK63, there's no battery. It winds itself as you wear it and runs about 41 hours off the wrist. If it stops, give the crown a few turns or a gentle shake, then set the time. For VK63 watches, there is a 3 year battery that comes inside each watch, it doesn't not ever need to be wound!

Is it waterproof?
Yes, the watches are pressure tested to 100m, which is fine for handwashing, rain, and swimming. Make sure the crown is screwed down before it gets wet. It isn't intended for scuba diving, hot tubs, or saunas.

Will it fit my wrist?
The bracelet is adjustable, and a link removal tool is included, along with the glide-lock clasp in most models for fine tuning.

What does the warranty cover?
It covers the movement for 12 months against defects under normal use: we'll repair or replace it free. It doesn't cover accidental damage, water damage from an unscrewed crown, or normal wear.

What if I don't like it?
You have 30 days to return it for a refund. Return shipping is on you for a change of mind, and on us if it arrives faulty or damaged. Just contact me to start a return (see return policy for full details)
