Return & Exchange Policy
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the following policy.
CancellationWe accept order cancellations before the product has shipped or entered production. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
We also offer order adjustments if your order hasn't shipped yet. To cancel or make changes, email us at ab@watchesbyab.com as long as the order hasn't shipped.
30-Day ReturnsYou can return your watch for any reason within 30 days of the delivery date. If 30 days have passed since you received your item, we unfortunately can't offer a refund or resend.
To start a return, email ab@watchesbyab.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. If something is wrong with your watch, please include photos of the issue. We'll get back to you with next steps.
Who pays return shipping
- Change of mind: If you're returning the watch because you changed your mind or it isn't right for you, you pay the return shipping.
- Our mistake: If the watch arrives faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, we pay the return shipping.
Resend: If your item arrives damaged in shipping and is not salvageable, we can arrange a resend at no additional cost instead of a refund.
Additional non-returnable items: gift cards.
As each watch is hand-assembled and modified, minor natural variation in finishing, dial alignment, or lume tone is expected and is not considered a defect.

RefundsRefunds are only processed on returns where the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Once we receive your return, we aim to complete inspection within 3 business days. We'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 1–10 business days.
Custom builds: Watches built to your own specifications, including configurator builds, custom logos, custom dial text and engraving, are made to order just for you. They can't be cancelled once production has started and can't be returned or refunded for a change of mind. If a custom build arrives faulty, damaged, or not as ordered, we'll still take it back and cover the return shipping, or arrange a resend.
