Return & Exchange Policy
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the following policy.
Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product has shipped or entered production. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
We also offer order adjustments if your order hasn't shipped yet. To cancel or make changes, email us at customwatchesbyab@gmail.com as long as the order hasn't shipped.
Return or Resend
Our policy lasts 30 days from the delivery date. If 30 days have passed since you received your item, we unfortunately can't offer a refund or resend.
To start a return, email customwatchesbyab@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll get back to you with next steps.
You have two options:
- Return: We accept returns on products that are faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item shipped, or item arrived damaged). Item(s) must be returned with proof of purchase.
Additional non-returnable items: gift cards.
As each watch is hand-assembled and modified, minor natural variation in finishing, dial alignment, or lume tone is expected and is not considered a defect.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. For quality-related returns, return shipping cost is refundable. Items not meeting the above criteria are not eligible for return.
- Resend: If your item arrives damaged in shipping and is not salvageable, we'll arrange a resend at no additional cost.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are only processed on returns where the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Once we receive your return, we aim to complete inspection within 3 business days. We'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 1–10 business days.
